About this event: This class focuses on the foundations of yoga while building strength, improving flexibility, and challenging balance in a comfortable learning environment. You will gain awareness of the breath and your body while exploring proper alignment for your body. This basics class offers an opportunity to reconnect with your body while learning the movement and language of yoga.Modifications and props are always available.Level 1: Here you will find an atmosphere geared towards beginners with little or no yoga experience or experienced yogis recovering from injury.Level 2: Will begin to introduce more complex movements, sequences, and poses including sun salutations and more weight bearing on the hands and wrists.
